1. Service Process

  • We follow the manufacturer’s label instructions carefully for all cleaning.
  • Some stains (e.g., food, asphalt, mould, heel marks) may not be fully removable despite careful treatment.
  • If stains remain, it is usually because further cleaning could damage fabric, plastic, or metal components.

2. Re-Cleaning

  • If you are not satisfied, you may request one additional cleaning attempt.
  • Any further cleaning is only done with your permission, and Bubbles Baby will not be responsible for potential damage.

3. Delivery & Pick-up

  • Standard delivery time is 3–4 business days. Heavier stains or mould removal may take longer.
  • If you are not home for a confirmed pick-up or delivery, an additional $15 re-delivery fee applies.
  • Pick-up & delivery service is available within 10km of Brisbane CBD. Outside this area, we may refuse service or charge extra.

4. Pricing & Orders

  • If a wrong option is selected during booking (e.g., garment type or stain treatment), prices may be adjusted.
  • The corrected price must be paid upon drop-off or pick-up.
  • Order cancellations incur a 15% charge.

5. Responsibility & Liability

  • Bubbles Baby is not responsible for:
    • Any items left inside garments or orders.
    • Missing or damaged beads, buttons, sequences, or accessories.
    • Natural colour fading due to age, fabric quality, or incorrect labelling.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned items.

6. Behaviour Policy

  • We do not accept abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff.

7. Notifications

  • Customers will receive an SMS once items are ready for collection.
  • If customers arrive before receiving this message, items may not yet be ready.
